Sheikh Omar Jallow is a Pre-award Programme Manager at the Medical Research Council Unit The Gambia at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (MRCG at LSHTM). He has extensive experience in research administration, grant development, financial management, and programme coordination, supporting researchers and institutions in securing and managing competitive research funding.

Sheikh holds a BSc (Hons) in Accountancy and an MSc in Accounting and Finance, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). His combined expertise in finance, project management, and research support enables him to contribute effectively to the development and management of high-impact research programmes.
